Nanci Crisp ( Phoenix Auto Transport Services) was a pleasure to deal with? She was honest, caring, and professional through every step of the way. She is the reason I would recommend this Company to all. I recommend that you ask for her! She originally quoted me $1,049.00 to transport my son's 2000 Jeep Wrangler from our home in Massachusetts to his temporary home @ Camp Pedelton, Ca.(USMC). Phoenix Auto Transport Services did not offer a military discount but she was willing to discount the transport by $50 (which was to come directly from her commission) in respect of the commitment and service he has given to our Country. That should show you the kind of person she is right there. She promised to hook me up with a reliable trucker as soon as she could find me an available one. My son's Jeep was picked up by a reputable trucker two days after I signed the contract. The trucker Wendell Draper, AAA Aero Auto Transport, promised to have my son's Jeep to him within ten days in the same condition it was in when picked up and he delivered his promise. He also gave me his cell phone # and a website so that I could track his progress. My Marine was thrilled when he picked up his vehicle. Nanci Crisp stayed in touch through out the entire process which made me feel comfortable about my first ever transport. I have been a police officer for twenty three years and I have come to know a little bit about customer service and the value of someone's word. You can trust Nanci Crisp will be fair and honest. She is one of the good ones!- Tim

This was my first time ever using a shipper. I had no idea what to do or how to go about it, so I googled and hit these guys. It was my lucky day. From start to finish they were "all over it" making sure that everything was right. Everything they did, and everything done by the carrier they hooked me up with, was exactly as promised. I did quite a bit of research before selecting a transport carrier for my car. I received many bids one of which was Phoenix Auto Transport Services. I read the reviews which seemed to be very favorable so I gave them a call. I was lucky enough to speak to Candice. Right from the beginning of our conversation she was kind, she listened very carefully and I appreciated her professionalism. I had also talked to another company before I spoke to Candice @ Phoenix. I received a quote (actually a little less.) But the gentlemen that gave me the quote I felt was a bit short and doing me a favor. A couple weeks went by the gentlemen from the other transport company called me and asked me if I wanted to use his company. I immediately said "no." He seemed to be almost angry asked why. I simply explained to him that I felt I would get far better service from the Phoenix. Just let's say that ended the conversation rather quickly. In this economy I feel like good customer service is crucial to survival. We should all be lucky enough to have a "Candice" work in our businesses. She followed the whole transport from beginning to end. She is truly dedicated to her job and providing excellent customer service. BRAVO! to Phoenix for having great service and employees. - Meg T.

I had never used an auto transport company before. I read tons of do's and donts on the internet and I was a nervous wreck about sending my car with people I had never met eyeball to eyeball. After calling several companies blindly, I finally reach Nanci at Phoenix Auto Transport. I explained to Nanci how the pick up date was non negotiable. I had a drop dead must be gone date. She patiently explained the process of how auto transport works. She gave me real dates and real numbers. Phoenix Auto Transport was not the cheapest company that I called. Nanci provided supreme customer support that gave me a sense of security. She was my dedicated account rep. She was the one I called with questions during any part of the transport. The short of the long story is, the transport company gave me a window of delivery and they delivered my car safely well before the anticipated delivery date. (4 days before I expected it) If you are a nervous shipper (like I was) dont be. Use Phoenix Auto Transport and you can rest easy. For the record, I am not a person that makes a habit out of writing reviews. I am writing this review because if I had read something like this when I was looking it would have saved me a lot of stress.- Mica
This was my first experience using an automobile carrier, so I got on the internet and shopped around and read a lot of reviews like this one. Honestly it was a big help as I hope this is to someone else that finds themselves in this situation. Without a doubt, as soon as I talked to Candice from Phoneix Transport, I knew I had found the right person and company. She was extremely knowledgable, courteous and sincere in matching me up with the right carrier. She did everything and more that she h ad said, by keeping me posted about everything going on from pickup to delivery. The carrier she had selected was a perfect match as well, they, likewise, confirmed the date of delivery and any possible delays.
